Campaign HQ was approached to create a campaign to launch a financial product which allows football fans to save and to let their club benefit at the same time.

The Client

Soccer Savings, part of Johnston Gray & Wardrop Limited, are the largest independent provider of savings accounts to football fans in the UK and are committed to working with and helping clubs generate income from their products and services.

The Background

Soccer Savings LogoSoccer Savings launched their new savings product last year targeting football clubs and their fans. The aim was to get as many Scottish Clubs on board.

 

 

The Solution

Campaign HQ produced a television and radio campaign, targetted at football fans around the matches, and screened and aired on programming directed specifically at that market, and around screenings of live games.

The Result

A year on and 15 Scottish clubs have signed up, including Celtic and 7 other Premier League Clubs, and Soccer Savings goes from strength to strength.

Recently Rangers have signed up, and now businesses can open Soccer Savings accounts.
