Green Awards 2007 Nominations
October 2007
Nominations for Best TV and Radio
For the second year in a row, Campaign HQ have been nominated for the UK Green Awards. The TV Commercial Hammock has been nominated for Best TV Commercial and EBay has been nominated for Best Radio Commercial.
Last year we won Best TV Commercial at the inaugural 2006 Green Awards for the Yappy Dog TV Commercial created for Scottish Waste Awareness Group. The agency fought off tough competition from other nominees including Sainsbury's, Marks and Spencer and BSkyB to win Best TV Commercial.
Gordon Quinn, Director at Campaign HQ said he was delighted by the nominations, "It is very exciting to be nominated for two more UK Awards, and we will be attending the Awards ceremony, with a view to having a great night out, and hopefully coming home once more with the prize."
The Green Awards have been created to recognise excellent creative work that illustrates and communicates the importance of CSR, sustainable development, and ethical best practice. And they will be awarded to brands or organisations that have demonstrated their commitment to these issues in a creative and effective way across different media platforms and marketing disciplines.
