Welcome to the Campaign HQ for Let's Help Together
Let's Help Together is the campaign that everyone can create, design and support.
We are campaigning for the financial services industry to use their large profits to support Britain's homeless throughout the winter to ensure that everyone in our rich country has warmth and shelter over Christmas. Over the next 6-10 months we will be pressuring Members of Parliament and the UK Government to join us in asking the banks to support the weakest in our society so that nobody needs to sleep rough next winter, culminating with a march on Parliament on 5th November 2012.
This is the back-end headquarters for this campaign which is entirely ran and financed by volunteers. Unlike a normal political party we don't pay people, we don't have a strict hierarchy, and we really believe that the best ideas come from everyone contributing so we rely on people like you giving some time, ideas and money.
Together we can make this change happen.

Our principles
The core principles of our campaign are:
- Austerity is hurting all of us, particularly the poorest. Our society lets people sleep in the cold when the country is easily rich enough to support them.
- Rather than just talking about it we're doing something to help the weakest in our communities by being positive and creative.
- This is a great platform - for it to work everyone has to work together cooperatively and collaboratively to achieve the campaign's goals. We owe it to the people we are trying to help to do a great job.
- A party neutral approach. Underlying the principles of the campaign is the pragmatic point of view which says that every contribution should be made for the good of the campaign and with the aim of achieving the campaign's goals.

Donate
To manage our donations we want to register as a minor political party. To do this we need to raise £150. Any donations you can make would greatly help our campaign and allow us to move one step closer to convincing the banks to support the homeless.
